From the 1st of April 2025, this service will be transitioning to a new provider. The new model will be held under the partnership as detailed below and is a direct result of an ICB commissioning decision.

Bath Mind are committed to supporting service users throughout this process and want to assure you that there will be as little impact on the service you are currently receiving as possible. Bath Mind will continue to offer a range of services outside of ACMH which can still be accessed by anyone within Bath and North East Somerset.

The new providers will be Second Step, Missing Link, Nilaari and Alabaré, and together and make up the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership. They will be providing community mental health services across Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) from the 1 April 2025.

Further information about the new providers is listed below:

Bath Mind will be available to answer any questions you may have around this. Should you have any concerns or comments about this transition, please feel free to email us at access@bathmind.org.uk
